Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (ADHM) is one of the world’s most prestigious half marathon, held in Delhi every year. It witnesses some of the best distance running athletes from across the world and within India. The race is AIMS-certified and begins and ends at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, after looping through the historic roads of Delhi. The ADHM presents NGOs with the largest single fundraising opportunity in North India, by providing individuals and corporates the opportunity to run and raise funds for their chosen charity organisation.
Wishes and Blessings has participated in the ADHM as a charity partner for the last 5 years. This has been an effective platform and has helped us raise funds and fulfil our goals. The proceeds from the 2018 ADHM have helped us in maintaining high quality of life and establishing the men’s wing in our old age home in Delhi - Mann ka Tilak. In 2019, we aim to raise funds to meet the running cost of Mann ka Tilak and to expand the project to set up a chain of old age homes.

After successfully raising funds and inaugurating the Men’s wing at Mann ka Tilak, we intend to utilise the funds raised via ADHM to meet the annual running cost of the home, expansion of facilities and establishing more homes to reach out to abandoned elderly men and women across Delhi.
