Anjali Tanwar

‘Equality’

It is equality when you work with her.

It is equality when she drives the group.

It is fairness to see her, think her and call her the chief.

It is correspondence when she advances her achievements.

It is correspondence to pay her equivalent to him for a similar work.

It is without a doubt fairness when you give her acknowledgment for that splendid thought.

It is absolutely fairness to concede she is more able so she lands the position.

It is fairness when she has an assessment and is certain to spread the word about it.

It is correspondence when choosing for herself is standard.

It is correspondence when inclination and generalizations at this point don’t characterize her.

It is balance when her accomplishments are no longer firsts.

It is balance when she is all around addressed in basic regions of concern.

It is certainly fairness to approach her with deference and pride.

It is totally equity to battle close by her for harmony and equity.

It is genuine equity to be her allies, uphold her future straightforwardly.

It is doubtlessly fairness for her to recover and occupy environments.

Not simply a lady, not simply a young lady, not on the grounds that she is your mom or spouse,

Not similarly as your sister or your aunt, not on the grounds that she is your girl,

However, as the exceptionally apparent, undeniable Human that she is in this age and

Ages more to come.

A fundamental piece of an aggregate entire, we as a whole need to all the more likely maintain.

Every one liable, each one acting deliberately, Each one taking care of business,

An age for equality.

‘Equality is a Frame of Mind ‘

White, yellow , brown and black are the colours of the skin.

That are being perceived by our eyes.

While prejudice made in our minds is the commencement of a sin.

I question does really equality exist?

He left the home at nine.

But her nocturnal homecoming wasn’t fine.

I question does really equality exist?

Her lean waist is adorable.

But why her curves are not loveable.

I question does really equality exist?

Wow !! He secured JEE rank one.

I want you to crack it too and soon get it done

But Dad, see the international cricket trophy yesterday our team had won.

I question does really equality exist?

So wholeheartedly be yourselves.

And don’t be scared.

Because we weren’t just born to be compared.

‘Equality’

Sitting here thinking of Quality

My thought ponders upon the state of Equality

Another year came to an end

I’m getting older, Equality also seems to bend

She wore a wreath of roses around her head

As we all gave it a painful death

This modern world is indeed fast

But the real world that we ignore

Lies with huge contrasts

Our forefathers gave her a tough fight

The situation still is in plight

The colour of blue still comes through

The happy colour seems to be rare

I close my eyes-and it is there

A starving kid, A debilitating mom, A penurious man

An oppressed family, A harassed woman, A faltering man

Seeing deterioration of Equality in a day

I try to keep my emotions at bay

I close my mind and walk ahead

I shadow those eyes from the dread

Keeping the future thoughts in my mind

I’m not stopping that living grind.
