Children’s Day is a special occasion that celebrates the innocence, creativity, and potential of the youngest members of our society. This year, the celebration took on an extra layer of excitement as it coincided with the first anniversary of Open Pathshala, a workshop nestled beside the Madipur Metro Station.
The festivities were filled with laughter, learning, and a touch of magic as children embarked on a creative journey, making animal masks under the guidance of the teacher. As part of the celebration, I had the honor of supervising the mask-making session and listening to some enchanting tales during a story-telling session.
Open Pathshala, an initiative committed to providing education and fostering creativity, organized a special workshop on Children’s Day. The class buzzed with energy as children eagerly gathered to learn the art of making animal masks. With colorful papers, glue, and an abundance of imagination, the young minds dove into the creative process. The celebratory mood continued with refreshing mango juice, creating a memorable feast for the young participants.
