NEW YEARS RESOLUTION 2023- Team Wishes and Blessings

LOOKING BACK AND LOOKING FORWARD

Geetanjali Chopra, Founder and President

Can’t believe that another year has already come and gone. It seems just the other day that 2022 began, and although it has been a momentous year filled with highs and lows—accomplishments, successes, and setbacks—the overarching lesson it has taught me is that nothing lasts forever. This year, we have a lot to be grateful for. Most importantly, the fact that we’ve managed to accomplish our goals while staying safe. Looking ahead, in the year to come, I hope, wish, and pray that everyone will be happy and blessed, and that it is a year where we just not remain blessed but also spread our blessings.

Harpreet Singh, Senior Graphic Designer

The year 2022 for me has been a replica of 2021. Last year’s checklist is still lying under responsibilities. So my resolution for 2023 is still the same as for 2022. I want to stay positive, healthy, stress-free and explore new destinations.

Mohd. Junaid, Programme Manager(Mann Ka Tilak)

My resolution for 2023 is to stay healthy and wealthy. I would also like to work on becoming more understanding towards my family members. The lesson I have learnt in 2022 and the previous years is to always be humble with everyone.

Barkha Hazarika, Programme Manager

2022 has not been an easy year having people close to my heart pass away. Despite my belief that I have advanced professionally, I have utterly failed to develop personally. Self realisation, however, was the one positive development despite all the downfalls. With 2023 coming I anticipate growing both professionally and personally. My new year resolution for 2023 is to learn to prioritise things, explore new places and earn more money.

Rashmi Chauhan, Programme Manager(Mann Ka Tilak)

The year 2022 was full of new insights; and both positive and negative experiences. My resolution for the upcoming year is to be joyful, healthy, and successful.

Anand Chandrashekhar, Programme Officer

Year 2022 has been a roller coaster ride for me full of ups and downs. Nonetheless, it has taught me many lessons. This new year my resolution will be to focus on personal growth and to work on targets. Happy New Year to everyone.

Monika Phore, Programme Manager(Squad For Change)

2022 was a year of many lessons. This year deeply affected me to the core, and I’ve discovered how strong one can be if one is willing. As the saying goes, “You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only option you have left”. That being said, my goal for 2023 is to prioritise my well-being, health and mind. I will commit to giving up caffeine and junk food. I also would like to continue my past year’s two goals of reading three books per month and being truthful to myself.

Ayesha Najeeb, CSR Associate

Seems like only yesterday that 2022 had begun but it is already coming to an end! I don’t have it all figured out yet but I think life isn’t supposed to be completely understood.  I’m moving forward and taking each day as it comes.

Neha Haloi, Programme Officer(Education)

2022 has been an unpredictable year for me, nonetheless I have learnt a lot. I am hoping to walk into 2023 with all the lessons learnt to make the fullest of what is to come. I resolve to welcome all changes in life with positivity!

Sagar Saini, Junior Graphic Designer

2022 was very unpredictable to me. My 2023 resolution is to be more carefree and I want to channelise my potential to do better. I would also love to work on exploring and learning new skills.

Priyanka Varun, Administrative Officer

I found 2022 to be quite challenging, with many highs and lows. I hope to do more exploring in 2023.  My first priority will be to stay healthy. I will also make an effort to develop new abilities.

Dhriti Pal

2022 has been a rollercoaster. Returning back to Delhi and venturing outside of my comfort zone has not been easy. All I want to accomplish in the upcoming year is be myself and work towards self improvement.

S.N. Ali Fraz Rezvi, Corporate Communications Officer

The year 2022 turned out to be more than I had anticipated. However, it was a year tainted with uncertainties and unpredictability. New Years and the idea of resolutions are much more of a hoax to me, but I am hoping 2023 will at least offer stability.

Aakansha Singh, Programme Officer

The year 2022 was kind to me in terms of my health and the health of my family. It gave me fresh opportunities including my favourite: Wishes and blessings! I ventured into new chapters, failed, but I also learnt a lesson to start over, be it in my professional or personal life. In 2023, I want to start saving in 2023 and tick a couple more things off my bucket list.

Themreiphi AC, Research and Content Associate

2022 has been a wild ride- with both joyous and sad moments. Despite it all, I believe it has given me a wiser note. I have learnt that there is a time and season for everything. I have decided to enjoy this time while it’s here-while I can. Because this moment will be far gone when it’s time for what the future holds. I wish for good tidings and look forward to a productive 2023.
