Squad for Change New Year Resolutions!

The Squad for Change volunteers are all set to take on the challenges that 2021 has to offer, and have resolutions to make this year their own!

Sanya Gulati

My new year resolution for this time would be to crack my IIT JAM exam which is in the month of February, pass it with flying colours.
Also, to do whatever it takes to fulfil my ambition, for which, I am leaving behind all my flaws and carelessness. And one thing which always stays in my mind- to be a better human being and always believe in spreading kindness and love.

Pooja Sarkar

I promise to be more open, educated, thoughtful and free in 2021, and wish for people’s welfare.

Ishita Saraogi

I want to become a more independent person, one who can help themselves and others with all the resources and skills. I’m looking forward to making 2021 as a cheerful year which I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Seeking happiness in every little thing I do, finding peace in the smiles I bring on others’ faces is what 2021 would feel like.

Abhinoor Singh Anand

Materialistic possessions can give satisfaction, but happiness is in the moments we live. 2020 was the year of great lessons, and the lesson that I have learnt is that members add up life to a house, not the stuff. Furthermore, for 2021, I wish to spend more time with my family, my mum, dad, my grandparents, my siblings and cousins and most importantly, with ME!

Lakshita Kanojia

My new year resolution is to “exercise more”. I will focus more on staying happy and healthy. Also, I’ll definitely be reading lots of books in 2021.

Peli.T.Yeptho

The resolutions I am making for 2021 are:

1. Using my time judiciously-not losing track of time

2. Focusing on building my confidence

3. Figuring out if I’m actually fixed with what I wanna do with my life.

Khushi Singh

My goal is to read 30+ books in 2021 and apply all the learnings in my life that I have learnt by reading self-help books in 2020. And besides exploring good books, I have planned to learn some online courses on my own that can help me to generate income in the digital world.

Arushi Adhikari

One thing I am looking forward to in 2021 is a world that will be full of compassion and mercy. Since we have seen a lot in 2020 I believe that now we have understood the true essence of life and thus hoping that the future will be full of empathy and where moments of happiness would be of utmost priority over other materialistic things.

Sulagna Mishra

The one thing that I have been looking forward to, in 2021, is my graduation. It’ll be a bittersweet feeling of transition from one important phase of my life, to another, and the event that’ll forever mark 2021 as an important year in my life!
